Full & Part Time Bar Staff

We are looking for an enthusiastic new staff member to join our small team in a full, or part-time position. The Jolly Judge is a snug bar just of the Royal Mile specialising in craft beer, whisky, and gin while providing a welcoming and unique experience for customers. Previous bar experience is not essential but previous experience in a customer service role is. General knowledge of malt whiskies and real ales would be desirable but by no means essential!

Skills Required:

The ideal candidate must have excellent verbal English communication skills (essential).

Prior customer service experience (essential).

Previous bar experience, we are not necessarily looking for a veteran of the bar trade as new skills can easily be gained on the job (desirable).

A knowledge of cask beer, whiskey and gin (desirable)

Any required training will be provided and knowledge of whiskey and beer can be gained on the job, if you feel this job is right for you please don’t hesitate to drop by and hand in a CV.
