Job Opportunity: Classic Car Garage Technician
Are you a confident and experienced technician with a passion for classic cars? If so, we're looking for you to join our busy classic car garage located in Alveston, Bristol.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a garage or automotive setting
- Enthusiasm and passion for classic cars
Skills Required:
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Proficient in TIG & MIG Welding to a professional standard
- Fabrication skills with various metals including steel, aluminum, and others
- Experience with lathe work
- Proficiency in linishing and grinding
- Capable of undertaking new and repair work
- Skilled in the restoration of vintage components and vehicles, including wheel arches and irons
Work Details:
- Operating hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, with potential for overtime
- Competitive annual salary ranging from £30,000 to £40,000 per year, depending on experience
