H&M Compressors and Pumps is a leading supplier of compressed air systems, pump solutions, and other industrial equipment.
We supply, install, service, and repair the following industrial equipment:
* Air Compressors
* Dryers, Filters & Air Receivers
* Pipework
* Pumps
* Fans, Motors & Gearboxes
* Nitrogen Generators
We support customers in the following industries:
* Automotive
* Manufacturing
* Utilities
* Waste Management
* Healthcare
* Agriculture
* Housing
We are seeking a proactive individual to assist us with the installation, service, and repair of industrial equipment.
To be considered for this role you will need to come from an engineering background, where knowledge of air compressors, air dryers, air filters, air receivers, pipework, pumps, vacuum pumps, fans, motors, gearboxes, and nitrogen generators will be desired, but not essential.
This is a customer-focused role, where the successful applicant will be required to work in varying environments and liaise with customers from different industries.
Normal working hours are Monday to Friday, but candidates will need to be flexible and there will be opportunities for overtime.
Our office is based in Basildon, Essex, but you will be required to travel to customer sites throughout Essex, London, and the surrounding areas and occasionally nationally.
Experience Required
To be considered for this role you will have an engineering background, with experience installing, servicing, and repairing industrial equipment.
Other experience/skills:
* Working knowledge of air compressors, air dryers, air filters, air receivers, pipework, pumps, vacuum pumps, fans, motors, gearboxes, and nitrogen generators is desired, but not essential.
* Ability to prioritise and identify solutions.
* A positive can-do attitude, with the ability to fix a problem and find solutions to stop the problem reoccurring.
* Self-motivated, disciplined and methodical in approach.
* Ability to build positive relationships with customers.
* A proactive approach to health and safety.
* A full, clean driving licence.
Salary package dependent on experience but includes a company vehicle.
