E-Commerce/Web Apps Managing Consultant - Remote Base with Travel

A leading E-Commerce and Cx Consultancy is seeking a Managing Consultant to join their firm during an exciting period of growth. The successful E-Commerce/Web Apps Managing Consultant will lead the Consultancy's E-Commerce and Web Application team in an 'End to End' capacity, including but not limited to leading pre-sales engagement, functional process design, group architecture, technical governance, solution delivery, UAT, and post-go-live support. You will be responsible for leading and continuing to grow your team and will play a 'hands-on' role in delivery which will also include being client-facing. Post-lockdown the role shall require a blend of working on client site, in a base office, and from home, and all travel can be expensed 'from the front door'.

To succeed in this role you will be proven as a Solution Architect with a background in E-Commerce, have a proven track record of leading and developing a team, and prior experience working for a consultancy company (although additional experience within an end-user environment will also be beneficial). Additionally, your technical skills will include:

*Mainstream eCommerce solution experience such as ATG, Hybris, Magento, Demandware, Shopify, EpiServer, or similar

*Advanced understanding of CSS, in particular, Bootstrap Library

*HTML, XML, or similar mark-up languages

*API Programming, including REST/SOAP

*JSON/ JQuery/ CSS/ LESS/ Bootstrap/ JavaScript/ Knockout/ Freemarker

*NodeJS/ React

*PHP and /Net (C# or Java)

*Good understanding of systems integration practices and Middleware fundamentals

*Comfortable working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
