An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Dementia Care Assistant to join a fantastic care home in Lingfield.

We are looking for a hardworking, passionate, experienced Dementia Care Assistant with an NVQ level 2 or care certificate and experience working with the elderly within a residential setting and seeking progression.

Experience as an HCA, Care Assistant, Support Worker with Dementia

Must have worked within a residential setting before

Reliable, passionate and enthusiasm for working with dementia

Minimum Level 2 in Health and Social Care or a Care Certificate

Driving license (very desirable)

Commitment to work weekends, sleep-in's, early shifts and late shifts responsibilities of the Dementia Care Assistant include:

Ensuring the residents are safe and protected at all times

Working under the companies guidelines and CQC requirements

Ensuring the residents are happy and comfortable

Take a person-centred approach

Light duties and personal care are involvedSalary: GBP17300 - GBP18,200 DOE

Role: Full-time (permanent).
