Interaction Recruitment are currently working on behalf of a dynamic and exciting well-established business and recognisable name based in Milton Keynes. Our client is based just outside of the city centre (so no traffic in the morning!!!), in a modern and well-equipped contact centre.

Role's Available

Fraud Analyst -

You will be investigating potential credit card fraud cases based on information received from the fraud detection system. Analysing several aspects of account history, to include payment and transaction history. Contacting customers and merchants to obtain additional information regarding fraudulent charges. Maintaining accurate and complete documentation of all information necessary for the investigation.

Chargeback Specialist -

You will be responsible for the research and resolution of customer chargebacks. This role requires detailed transaction research, analytical skills, and documentation of actions taken including phone calls to merchants, cardholders, and others as appropriate. Applies bank and card industry regulations and practices in resolving disputes.

You may also compile aggregate statistics on chargebacks for use by the company in identifying patterns and improving overall customer service. Liaise with customers and third parties, taking incoming calls, making outbound calls, working from ques and compiling written responses.

Account Research Specialist -

You will Research and respond to customer requests via mail, email, fax and other means pertaining to the cardholder/corporate accounts and ensuring compliance with client, regulatory, and Association rules and regulations. Utilize extensive knowledge of banking products and services to research, update and document cardholder accounts.

Recognize potential fraud, credit, collection and chargeback issues and forwards them to the appropriate department.

Inbound and outbound telephone calls with Credit Card customers to identify customer circumstances, agree on customer outcomes and solutions including: taking payments, making payment plans, referring to a Debt Management Company or other

Adhere to rehabilitation and collections tools within criteria levels of authority

Collate, update and maintain internal collections systems and customer databases

Ensure statutory and regulatory requirements are upheld and customer notes updated

Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI'S) in line with Service Level Agreements including quality standards.

You will need to be fully flexible Monday - Sunday between 8 am and 8 pm.

Working 40 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern.

GBP20,467.20 Per annum
