The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the care sector, possess excellent communication skills, and be a driver with access to their own transport. A friendly and outgoing telephone manner is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing new clients in their own homes, ensuring their specific care needs are understood and met.
• Conducting interviews with potential new carers to assess their suitability for roles within our agency.
• Updating computer databases to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Managing the general day-to-day operations of the agency office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
