Call Handler (Inbound - Weekends and M-F Evenings)

EVENING AND WEEKEND WORK!

Cordant People are currently recruiting for a number of inbound call handlers to work for a well established, prestigious client based in Edinburgh.

This is a temporary assignment working part-time hours between Monday to Friday 5 pm - 9 pm, Saturday 9 am - 6 pm and Sunday between 10 am - 4 pm lasting until at least the end of June (reviewed weekly - could be also be extended).

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK EVERY WEEKEND AND AS MUCH THROUGH THE WEEK AS POSSIBLE!

Successful candidates will be responsible for handling incoming calls from members of the public who have received a letter inviting them to carry out a test to establish if they have experienced COVID-19 symptoms. Successful candidates would then be responsible to follow a process to establish if the participants found the process useful or not.

All applicants must have inbound call handling experience within a call centre environment.
