Description

Our client, a prominent leader in the pharmaceutical industry, seeks an experienced and highly organized Bid Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Burgess Hill. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with 2-3 days in the office. It is a 12-month temporary role inside IR35.

Responsibilities:

Produce and deliver proposals that are compliant and professionally presented within customer-defined deadlines.
Coordinate proposal input from various stakeholders, involving contributions from product sales, solution sales, marketing, service teams, finance, legal, and project delivery.
Promote best practices in bid processes using collaboration tools and bid plan management.
Ensure proposal documents adhere to Roche corporate branding guidelines, standard formatting, and quality standards.
Ensure that all bids are written consistently according to the company's bid writing guide.
Consolidate sections and/or documents developed by other team members into the required tender format.
Maintain, make available, and back up master document sets.

Qualifications & Experience:

A-level education in English/Maths or equivalent higher education.
APMP Foundation Level or Prince2 Foundation Level or equivalent (desirable).
Successful experience in a business function (sales, business/market development) in the healthcare industry.
Successful experience in planning, producing, and delivering compliant proposal documents within a complex business environment.
Experience with tender management tools and writing aids.
Evidence of building productive customer relationships leading to positive and sustainable outcomes.
Skilled in fostering a cross-functional/matrix team environment with internal and external stakeholders.
Evidence of maintaining a bid content library.
Strong attention to detail.
Job Details:

Job Title: Bid Coordinator
Location: (Hybrid) Burgess Hill - looking for someone in South/East London for 2/3 days in the office
Salary: PAYE - £18.50 - £20 per hour, excluding holiday pay
Employment Type: Full Time
Contract: 12 Months inside IR35
