Account Manager.
Smethwick, Birmingham.
£20,000 basic salary [£25,000 OTE].
We are an established Print and Promotional Marketing company, based in Smethwick, Birmingham.
We produce creative and inspiring brand marketing campaigns for businesses.

The Account Manager role will be to develop relationships with customers and prospects and convey unique values of working with us.
As an Account Manager you will be working in an environment that will challenge you to think creatively and help businesses to maximise brand awareness.
Although you will be primarily based out of our office in Smethwick, Birmingham you might be required to represent the business at trade shows and similar events.
Account Manager – Primary Responsibilities:
Pitching all elements of the business: primarily print and promotional merchandise.Prospecting new clients from data providedCompleting a full cycle of generating and closing leadsProviding bespoke quotes and processing ordersNurturing existing client relationships and finding ways to improve the client journeyTake responsibility for overseeing the status of all your own client projects, ensure that all jobs are delivered on-time, and efficiently handle operations that delay or alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions
Account Manager - Skills/Knowledge:
Minimum full 2 years account management / sales experience within a target driven, B2B environment.Preferably worked in print / merchandise / stationery sales.Adding value to the customers’ experience with our brand through offering a highly personalised service i.e., putting together personalised brand marketing ideas.
