Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist, and qualified Personal Trainer, with several years experience. I work Part time as Quay Physio and the rest of my week you can find me at The Bunker, Plymouth Albion RFC, Personal training clients and treating my my Sports Massage clients. I am a 2nd year undergraduate Bsc Hons Sports, Fitness & Coaching. I am also holistically trained in massage, so can offer relaxation massage as well as Sports Massage Therapy.
