I started out as a carpenter obtaining a city and guilds and worked for many years on new builds and refurbishments from townhouses to grade 1 listed buildings, trained by the BDMA and working in the insurance sector for many years as a surveyor, drying out properties and diagnosing defects in properties after floods and burst pipes. Moved on to obtain an advanced diploma in surveying and estimating and went into building management.Over time we have had further advancement in the professionalism and expertise in property surveying services by joining the ISSE, and ensuring we comply with their code of conduct in our dealing with customers and carrying out our surveys and report writing.We have invested in the most advanced equipment and training possible to carry out our surveys without disturbing the fabric of your home.
