Wanted Rural Let or Land for Sale

We currently live in Pembrokeshire and have for 6 years which 3 of in our rented 2-bed property which we've accommodated to 3 using an office space but we desperately need to get a larger property as we have 4 children together. 

Both work from home husband a bike mechanic so needs a garage or workshop. I supply wedding hires and flowers. Our children go to school in the local area so preferably as close as possible. 

We have dogs, cats, chickens etc part of rural living and looking for a quiet on its own detached house of 4 + bed. We don't mind a bit of work and decorating. Happy to pay a deposit and bond etc. But we want a long term rental we've lived in our current home for 3years 5months at current and previous one for 3 years until sadly our landlady passed away. 

Or we are looking at a small piece of land to be self-efficient with a cabin or static we could put on for sale. Must be quiet rural location and In a reasonable price range.

We hope to find something one day soon although we aren't in a rush to move as we love where we currently live but ideally need something larger.
