Rooms are available for weekly let with no obligation to commit to a long term contract. Perfect if your job has you moving around a lot. 

Wi-Fi, utilities and Council Tax bills are included. 

Each room is available to let on a weekly basis and requires a deposit of one week's rent. 

Please note there are no cooking or laundry facilities available in the building. 

Our availability of these rooms varies from week to week - as we only require one week's notice from the tenants we are often able to assist with any last-minute requirements you may have so please do contact us should you have a requirement for 1, 2 or more as we have a wide range of properties for contractors including larger HMO properties with kitchens & living spaces to relax in after a long day/weeks work!
