Sales & Marketing Executive

This role if for a fast-growing start-up agency who specialise in eCommerce SEO working with ambitious brands aiming to disrupt their respective industries. They're currently working with leading brands such as Bloom & Wild, Sofar Sounds & Sunspel.

Main accountabilities:

- Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns to grow the agency brand & inbound enquiries

- Own implementation of email marketing, Adwords, remarketing, content production schedule, Linkedin marketing & social media advertising for the agency

- Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences

- Devising and presenting ideas and strategies internally

- Compiling and distributing assets for the website including case studies, blog strategies

- Maintaining the agency website and looking at data analytics

- Organising events

- Coordinating internal marketing and an organisation's culture

Skills required:

- 1 - 2 years minimum experience agency side and/or working in B2B marketing

- Good understanding of SEO & how it fits in the marketing mix

- Strong project management experience of juggling multiple workflows

- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent research & analytical skills

- Good understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation strategies and tactics

Skills desired:

- Experience using Microsoft Excel and Google documents

- Experience in a pitch/sales process for an agency

- Experience working with Google Analytics

- Experience working with Wordpress, Shopify & Magento

Benefits & pro-rata Salary:

- £23,000 - £25,000 pro-rata salary.
