David Franklyn is a party wall surveyor who specialises in administering the Party Wall etc. Act of 1996. He has worked on a large number of various projects, including basements, dormer and mansard roof extensions and new-build schemes in both a residential and commercial setting.

David works closely with homeowners, architects, structural engineers and developers in order to streamline the party wall process. He communicates honestly and openly at every step of the journey and provides timely clear advice and support to all parties of the construction team, guiding them through what can otherwise be a confusing process.
