Littlefish is looking for an IT Service Desk Engineer to provide effective technical support and high levels of customer service to Littlefish clients. The role will involve handling and resolving desktop/laptop/printer/application issues and basic network/server troubleshooting with the administration. You will be required to communicate effectively with the client and manage technical queries in line with Littlefish standards and customer-specific SLA's.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in a similar technical role, although candidates who can demonstrate a track record of fast-paced learning may be considered.

This role will be based in our Sheffield office.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

?? Resolving 1st and 2nd line technical issues over the telephone, via email, or live chat, in a friendly and professional manner for Littlefish customers

?? Prioritising, progressing and monitoring IT incidents and requests to ensure they are resolved within the agreed timescales

?? Resolving desktop/laptop/printer/application issues and basic network/server troubleshooting with the administration.

?? Working on specific IT projects for customers as directed by the Service Management team. e.g. completing small customer projects, involvement in larger projects, onboarding new customers/transitions.

Experience / Key Skills:

?? 1 years' experience in an IT supports the role (roles including Service Desk Engineer, 1st / 2nd line IT Support Analyst or IT Technician).

?? IT infrastructure support working across a range of up to date technologies including Office 365, Exchange 2013, Windows 10, Active Directory, Mac OS and Apple iOS

?? Logical and methodical problem-solving skills

?? Ability to convey technical issues simply to end-users

?? Understanding of customer service skills showing empathy, confirming understanding, effective listening etc

?? Awareness of ITIL
