We specialise in buying and operating businesses on behalf of investors. Essentially, our investors are interested in owning multiple businesses but do not have the time to operate them, so we buy a business on their behalf and manage it ensuring they’re getting a good return on their investment. We split the profits down the middle.
We also have some business owners who had initially looked to sell their business due to ill health, moving location etc. Instead, they chose to let us manage the business on their behalf and they simply sit as a silent partner with 50% of the profits.
