The story of Dewhirst Kitchens began in 1957 when Michael Dewhirst first founded the company.
Since the day we opened, we have built up unrivalled knowledge and experience in the kitchen industry. Our passion for providing quality products led to Dewhirst Kitchens being one of the founding members of KBSA – The Kitchen Bathroom Bedroom Specialists Association.
Since we began, we have been nominated for a variety of awards including KBB review and Neff Master Partner. Being pioneers in the industry, we have earned a place in the history and development of the fitted kitchen concept. This understanding enables us to offer quality products combined with value for money.
Today, Damian Dewhirst runs the company as the current managing director after succeeding his father in the mid-1990s. He has made a significant investment to ensure that the showroom on Granby Street is one of the finest kitchen showrooms in the midlands.
The company still retains its core values on which it was founded. The continued focus on design, knowledge, expertise and customer services means that the company is growing from strength to strength.
