Component Engineer

This really is a role like no other, my client is a multi-million-pound leading global wireless technology / IoT solutions company.

This role is based at my client's technology hub in High Wycombe, but they also operate across a network of offices across the globe.

There is currently a huge amount of rapid growth within the company and they are now seeking a Component Engineer to join this expanding team. In this team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's internal component database, including any improvements

You should have experience with the following skills and attributes for the Component Engineer vacancy: -

*Managing and maintaining the company's internal component database, including any improvements

*Supplying approved component information to sourcing and R&D, managing access Agile and ensuring other engineers input data accurately.

*Managing the end of life studies on current production on a quarterly basis.

*Supporting 8D production issue meetings on component related issues.

*Experience with ROHS & Reach compliance.

*Experience supplying new component numbers and reports when requested to R&D, and other departments.
