For hire is this modern 2-bed lodge style caravan with its own private fenced garden and front balcony. Inside comprises of 2 bedrooms, (sleeps 4 people) main double bedroom with en suite, walk-in wardrobe and TV, 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds and TV/DVD. Open plan fully equipped kitchen with microwave, kettle, iron etc, living area with tv and dining area, bathroom with a full-size bath with overhead shower. Double glazed and centrally heated with private parking to the front. 
Bedding and towels are provided but please bring own bathing towels for the pool/gym.
Patrington haven leisure park is a multiple award-winning parks set in 40 acres of countryside in East Yorkshire.
On-site there is a fully stocked fishing lake (fishing day ticket and license is required).
Children's play area and all-weather multi-ball court, small arcade, pool and snooker and bouncy castles for the little ones. Weekend entertainment.

Low season £50 p/n or £320 p/w
High season £70 p/n or £450 p/w

Low season: all other dates
20% deposit to secure the dates and £100 damage deposit to be paid with the balance which is due 4 weeks before the start date.
Deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within the 4 weeks of start date.
**Damage deposit refunded within 7 days of holiday finishing subject to checks**
