The Industry: Agricultural Machinery, Construction Machinery, Plant Machinery, Heavy Machinery, Farming Machinery.

The Job Role details:

Due to the continued growth and the addition of this franchise, my client is now recruiting for an experienced Agricultural Service Engineer Technician to join their existing team. To continue to deliver excellent after-sales support to their customers across Worcestershire, Warwickshire and the surrounding counties.

Responsibilities include: Machine diagnostics, fault-finding, repairs, servicing and maintenance of a wide range of Agricultural and Construction Machinery, both on-site at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities:

You will;

Perform diagnostics and repairs on Agricultural / Construction Machinery.

Complete job cards, timesheets, etc.

Participates in Service Training programs required.

Perform diagnostics and repairs out on the field when required.

Perform pre-delivery set up on new or used equipment.

Operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes.

Mentor apprentices.

Ideal Person Skills and Qualifications:

You will have;

Experience servicing, repairing and maintaining similar machinery.

JCB experience.

Sound knowledge of mechanical, electrical & hydraulic systems - in the repair of machinery & equipment.

Strong IT Skills & customer relationship skills.

The ability to work in a team environment.

Additional Information: Full-time role. Monday - Friday. Some weekend work is required where necessary though busy periods. Overtime pay rates available.

Salary package: GBP11 - GBP16 hourly pay rate, depending on skills, qualifications and experience.
