The flats are all in fantastic locations for University students, and close to hospitals for NHS staff and easy access to the city centre for young professionals.

All our flats are stylishly renovated and we especially cater for students and young professionals (see an example of our flat in Cranworth Street).

All our flats are HMO licenced and are maintained to a very high standard and we encourage our new tenants to speak to our current tenants.

They all have central heating, a modern kitchen and bathrooms, and stylish bedrooms.

Given the easing of the lockdown by the government, we are going to be starting the viewing from early March 2021 and will be maintaining social distancing due to the pandemic.
