I and my husband own a student house in Burley which we used to live in when we were students.

The property on Beechwood Mount, Burley, LS4 2NQ. It's a nicely presented house and we are wanting a group of people who will appreciate the house and all the benefits that it comes with. Currently, there are 3 large bedrooms all with double beds & flat screen TV's. 2 Bathrooms, 1 with a bath and shower combined & an ensuite with one shower. The living room has 2 x 2 seater leathers.

So what are we looking for in rent?

3 bedroom - £92.30 per person/per week.

No admin fees
Deposit total of £1000 (£333.33 each)

The benefit of having myself & Lore as your landlord is that if there are ever any problems, then we will do our best to make sure you are all well looked after, instead of a large company that does not have your best interests at heart.
