2010 Lunar Clubman SI 4 berth caravan

This is our Lunar Clubman caravan, fixed end bed with storage underneath, full enclosed shower, separate toilet and basin, fridge, full oven, 4 burner hob, 1 electric and 3 gas burners, fire works on gas or electric, has blown air heating but this does not work. It is fitted with ATC which is working. We purchased this caravan from an insurance company after it had been in a flash flood, so it is not in perfect condition, there are marks on the head board, 1 wardrobe door has blown and also the 2 drop down doors for the under seating storage, the fridge only works on electric and the are some marks to the body work, there is a mover fitted although this is not working, there are mud stains on 2 windows and the floor is soft by the sink, although this is due to delamination and not damp it has had a damp meter on it and all is ok, This is a lovely caravan, we have used alot, but a change in work commitments means we cannot get away with it so it is sitting in storage. Similar caravans are for sale around £10000, we strongly recommend viewing before buying. Payment on collection and collection within 1 week of purchase.
