2003 R53 Cooper S

I am selling my R53 which I've now owned and looked after for 3 years.I am asking £1,750 for it due to its condition. I am open to offers provided they are sensible. I can't accept a part exchange as I have already bought a car.It's been serviced every 6,000 miles in my ownership.I believe it had the chilli pack originally fitted.So this includesClimate controlCruise controlHeated seatsLeather seats throughoutHeater front and rear windowsHarmon/karmon sound system.The bad bits:Spot of rust on the boot about the number plate lighting. This is a common one for the year and model.The seats have a little wear showing where the leather has creased.The good bits:8 months Mot, due end of Sept 2020. 1 advisory which has been fixed. See below.Had the timing chain replaced at 137,000 miles. From MiniWorx.Chain tensioner damper changed by Lohen mini.Both drive shafts have been replaced.All new gaskets have been put the engine, cam cover, main pulley, gearbox side, oil filter housing, cam angle sensor, oil cooler pipes and the sump.Alternator has been replaced.Wheel aligned around with balancing by a hunter tracking unit.Radiator replaced due to minor leak identified on last Mot.Pain work is in good condition with a few minor marks which I can show you.Modifications:Lightened and 2% larger cam pulley.Stainless cat back exhaust fitted. Not branded.The mileage is currently sat at 160,000 and will slightly increase as I am taking it out for a run at least once a week so it's not sat for long.Reason for sale is the mileage I do for work requires a diesel of which I've bought. So this unfortunately needs to go. I am in no rush to sell however will listen to sensible offers on the price.I am happy for you to take it out as a test drive provide you have written evidence of your insurance of fully comprehensive, of other cars.
