We are looking for new flatmates to share our nice house in Peckham which became one of the trendiest places in the city. The house is very well maintained and located on a relaxed residential estate in between two lovely parks. 

5 mins walk to lively Peckham high street, very close to supermarkets, 2 min walk to the library, gym, corner shops and local pubs. Loads of buses and trains for access into Central London. The nearest bus stop is two minutes walking (171, 436, 78, 345 & 12, 63, 36 which are 24-hour bus), 10 mins walk to Peckham Rye Overground. 



The rooms are available asap for short or long term tenancy.
The rooms come new painted, furnished with double bed, wardrobe and desk with office chair + shelf
Carpet floor and 2 double-glazed windows. There is also a loft for storage in the house for your luggage and small boxes.



To share: a fully equipped kitchen/diner. 1 bathroom (to be shared in 3 as one of the room has its own bathroom)
