1995 Coachman Mirage Wanderer 4 Berth Caravan

Here i have a 1995 Coachman Mirage Wanderer 4 Berth Caravan. We've used the caravan a handful of times but due to a baby on the way we want to let this go to someone who will utilise it as its an amazing van. Condition of the caravan is very good, there has been 3 previous owners whom all have kept this caravan at a very high standard. Sleeping areas - Seating area beside kitchen forms into bunk beds and sofa area transforms into a very large double bed, all very comfortable and have individual curtains and lighting. Kitchen - Plenty of cupboard storage for foods along with a fully usable fridge and small freezer compartment. There is a built in gas oven / grill and gas hobs and also a sink that provides both hot and cold water. Dishes and utensils included. There is also a seating / eating area located by the kitchen. Lounge \ sofa area - Comfortably fits 4 adults when lounging, there is also a table which fits in perfect if more space is required for eating. There is a built in fire along with hot air blown heating for those colder nights. (we didn't really use them). Bathroom - (located through a separate door) The bathroom has a built in shower and also a sink area with storage that provide both hot and cold water, it also has a built in toilet. Outside of bathroom is a large cupboard with provides plenty room for cloths etc. Caravan has full electrics along with an electric outlet outside of caravan for awning, also has dual pull down blinds for every window. Sale includes everything needed including: Awning and all poles etc Gas bottle (don't know how much gas is left), Water bottles for fresh and waste water, little blue gadget that heats water up (forgot name), TV Arial, Dishes and kitchen, utensils, 2 Deck Chairs, Front Towbar lock, Wind Breaker, Iron and kettle. Caravan does not have an internal battery but can be bought fairly cheap. We just hook up to electrics at the caravan sites. We also have all the original paper work and ownership documents which will be transferred to new buyer. Caravan is also CRIS registered. Viewing is highly reccomended for this caravan as pictures don't do it justice and can only upload 9 pictures on gumtree, if more pictures are required then let me know. Only wanting genuine buyers as having to travel to and from storage site can be a pain. Also can store for buyer until February 2016 for an extra £100, £2500 ONO.
