Yard Person

M Large produce and deliver a range of horticultural materials as well as firewood from our Glengormley depot. We currently have an opening for a self-motivated person to join our team. A driving license is essential with experience of driving 3.5-ton vehicles an advantage as is a pre 97 license up to 7.5 ton or trailer towing.

You must also be competent with loading equipment including forklifts and small loading shovels. Cutting logs using a firewood processor, log splitters or chainsaw are some of the duties and experience in any of these activities is a distinct advantage. The normal working week is 40 hours plus occasional paid overtime starting at 7.30 am to 4 pm alternating with 8.30 am to 5 pm. The position is a full time permanent with a competitive salary including a pension and good working conditions.

Wages are negotiable depending on experience.
