ROLE
·Reception: You are the first impression and set the tone for each guest's experience. By offering the warmest welcome and a smooth and informative check-in, you will ensure that our clients guests are checked in and feel ready to start their journey.
Bar:
As a bartender working behind our stunning bars, you will provide a speedy but personable service, serving drinks and taking orders. Engaging with every guest individually, with personality and flair.
Floor
Team Member: When working on the floor you will be responsible for taking food and drink orders. You will also clear/reset tables and cleaning of your section/lounge. Whether you are working in our bistro restaurant or our relaxing library you bring your service to life by engaging with guests creating a memorable pre-flight experience.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO BE AWARE OF WHEN APPLYING FOR A JOB AT THE AIRPORT
Please note, we are open daily throughout the year from 04.00 until 22.00 and shift work will be part of your working week. Therefore you should be willing to work early morning, evenings and be prepared to work on a rolling shift pattern.
Due to our location within the airport a full 5 year working history in the UK and a clean criminal record is required to allow us to apply for a security ID before your employment commences. We will fully explain and work with you throughout the pass application process.
