Telecoms Electronics Repair Engineer

Due to expansion, they are recruiting for a Microelectronics Test and Repairs Engineer, you will be:-

* Based from their warehouse in Billingshurst in West Sussex

* Testing and repairing various analogue and digital phones, headsets, phone systems and create the testing/repairs documents

* Using their documentation and the internet to find relevant info on each of the systems to aid repairs

* Working closely with the sales and R&D teams to create new processes where needed as well as the dispatch team

Preferred Skills

* Living within travelling distance to Billingshurst in West Sussex

* Experience needed with microelectronics, analogue and digital circuits, DSP, and power supplies

* Experience needed with using testing equipment on electronics with multimeters and be able to recognise electronic and software fault without wiring diagrams

* Strong computer knowledge with installing hardware, software and operating systems

* Having experience with networking (LAN, Wi-Fi etc) and server / IP hardware would be beneficial.
