Site Manager

Knowles, a London based basement construction company working in high-end property development, is seeking experienced Site Manager for our Kensington High Street site. London Rate £250 - £280 per day. Candidate Requirements. 

·Must be College or degree educated in an Engineering or Construction related subject. 

·Must have at least 5-10 years’ experience working for an RC frame/groundworks/basements company. 

·Experience at the site management level of running sites of up to 7m in value.

·Preparation of all H&S paperwork onsite

·Programming works up 4 weeks ahead

·Must have experience overseeing the full project lifecycle of design and build shell and core project

·Must have excellent planning, organisational & communication skills

·Must be IT illiterate

·Should have experience of leading a similar project as a Site Manager

·Should be ambitious & keen to progress within the organisation.

·Should be able to start in 1-2 weeks.
