We have this huge, modern living space in the form of a townhouse which we reserve for large groups of contractors who are travelling to Manchester for work. 

The house is located right on the edge of Manchester City Centre and is only a short drive away from Trafford Park. Both of these locations are hotspots for large scale contract jobs. 

There is ample space surrounding this house where you can park cars and vans for free. 

A short walk and you are on Cheetham Hill Road where there are an abundance of great grocery shopping & food options in the form of convenience stores, foreign restaurants and take-aways.

There is also a large retail park within a few minutes walk of this house. There you can find Halfords, a B&Q superstore and a Maplin's among other popular large chain stores. Also here are Nando's, Pizza Hut and KFC.
