Senior Driving Recruitment Consultant

SJB Consulting UK are looking for an additional Senior Driving Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team in Hedge End that will ideally in the coming months want to become a Team Leader/ Manager

We are a professional Transport & Logistics specialist recruiter that has worked relentlessly to establish and work with some of the biggest names in the business over the last 10 years.

Success has come with hard work commitment and an understanding of our clients and competition and working smart not long hours!

If you already have a year or more recruitment experience in ideally the driving sector and are looking to be an industry expert whilst also expanding your recruitment knowledge, then this may be the opportunity for you.

You will be taking over a hot recruitment desk and will be expected to manage and expand your current market share within a designated area.

The role will include:

• Business development & client meetings

• Negotiating rates and terms with clients

• Candidate Pre-screening and face to face registrations

• Licence & qualification checks

• Advertising

• Managing advance and Ad Hoc-bookings and client requirements

• On-call alternate weeks and weekends

• Candidate Reference checking

• Lead generation

• Database management

• Keeping up to date with legislation & driver's hours

• Attending Networking events and seminars
