We are looking for someone who possesses first-class customer service skills and thrives on providing the highest level of service to come on board as a Site manager. You will be based at Signature's London Luton just 30 miles from central London and has consistently been voted best European FBO by the readers of Professional Pilot magazine.

As a Site Manager based here, you will be managing a team of 25-30 colleagues, which has the potential to grow. You will be responsible for the efficient running of the security function for Signature Flight Services (SFS) and as such is the key interlocutor with the client. Planning and delivering a compliant and efficient operation. The incumbent must be comfortable with workforce planning, roster building, HR matters arising in order to effectively manage the workforce. Additionally, delivering compliance training to underwrite operational assurances in line with CAA and DfT regulations. This is a client-facing role therefore presentation must be at the highest level.

To continuously improve the standards and performance of the Security team, with the support of the supervisor team in monitoring Security Officers to ensure compliance with all DfT and airport regulations, whilst ensuring the highest level of customer care. The post holder will be accountable for operational delivery standards. Maintaining a safe and compliant capability. Auditing and monitoring of Duty Supervisors and Security Officers. Setting KPIs for the team and driving standards. Managing disciplinary procedures. Assisting with interviews in the recruitment process. Attending meetings with Wilson James Aviation Leadership and Signature Flight Services as the Wilson James representative. Liaise with and provide guidance and advice on departmental activities with other departments within Wilson James, Business Partners and 3rd parties essential Skills

Proven background in security management - in aviation security would be beneficial. Ability to maintain and develop positive working relationships within the organisation and with external clients excellent interpersonal & communication skills.Experience of issue and conflict resolution. Ability to work under own initiative, making decisions. Competent on Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint - the successful candidate will be expected to learn Timegate (Time and Attendance system). Deliver excellent customer service. Able to demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team. Strong commercial skills understand the commercial implications of operational decisions. Desirable Skills

SIA familiarity.A good understanding of the NASP and related directives in order to underwrite the contract compliance.About the Company
