More about the Role
It will be your job to take inbound calls and make outbound calls to renew existing memberships whilst exploring opportunities to sell additional products and generate leads.
Effectively engage with members who are thinking of leaving us, reviewing their needs and reasons for leaving, positively promoting our differences versus competitors and where appropriate discuss suitable alternatives e.g. amendments to contact/changing payment frequency. If then required, utilise appropriate sales tools provided to ensure we retain the member
Achievement of set sales per hour and revenue targets, delivered through effective open questioning, matching needs, discussing relevant features and benefits, objection handling and actively closing the sale.
Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
Previous experience in a sales focused role beneficial but not essential
Customer-focused
Excellent listening and communication skills
Target driven, results-focused and attention to detail
Resilient and determined
Excellent interpersonal skills
PC literate, good numerical and literacy skills
Hours:
You must be flexible to work 35 hours between the following times:
8 am - 7 pm Monday to Friday
9 am - 5 pm Saturday
No Sunday's
You will be required to work every other Saturday
You may also be required to work some Bank Holidays during the year.
This is a full-time role working 35 hours per week on a rostering pattern.
Additionally; there will be 3 weeks of training which will take place Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm.
Pay:
GBP9 per hour, plus bonus scheme.
After a successful 12 weeks with Interaction Recruitment, there will be an opportunity to move to a fixed-term contract with our client.
