Our client who are suppliers and fitters of carpets and Karndean floors as well as blinds, based in Rotherham, are looking to add a Sales Assistant to the team to cope with an increase in demand for their services.
Our client is committed to fitting and supplying the best quality carpets and Karndean floors to the local area and beyond. They have years of experience and have helped countless people furnish their dream homes. They offer a full custom fitting and measuring service as well as supplying and fitting Karndean flooring, which they are also able to customise to a customer’s requirements.
With this in mind, they are looking for someone who is confident, highly motivated and has a positive attitude, approachable and able to demonstrate the skills for building a rapport with customers. You must be able to work individually but also as part of a team. Experience of working in retail with a good customer-facing focus, a good telephone manner and attention to detail is a must. You must also be computer literate. Previous experience in flooring and blind retail would be advantageous, however not essential as full training will be given...
The client is looking for someone who can cover 24 hours per week, Monday to Friday ( days are negotiable) plus Saturdays on a rota basis. This is a permanent part-time role paying £8.91 per hour.
