My client is seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive to create and execute UK marketing programs to support organizational growth objectives. There is a strong focus to see Marketing as an additional platform for lead generation and sales. The preferred candidate has experience in developing and executing marketing plans to develop new business by developing online strategies that are measurable and bring results.
This position requires strong leadership skills as well as a high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and as part of a diverse global team of sales and marketing professionals.
You work closely with colleagues in Europe and the USA and work together to maintain a strong corporate brand with consistent messaging. The Sales and Marketing Executive will help lead and deliver programs to maintain and grow the current customer base, as well as drive new business growth from new, prospective customers.
Responsibilities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Define, build and drive strategic messaging based on the strategic marketing plan.
Design multifaceted B2B go-to-market campaigns to increase brand and product awareness, as well as drive, leads through advertising, industry relations, trade shows, webinars, and related industry events and associations. With a strong focus on online activities.
Partner with product management and sales personnel to establish go-to-market plans for various products.
Write blog and social media content with European customers in mind.
Create and distribute routine news and content to our customers using data from (URL removed).
Create marketing campaigns to support strategic initiatives and will result in high-quality leads.
Maintain a strong understanding of industry, customers, and products relevant to the role.
Use data analysis to identify key growth opportunities, marketing program outcomes, revenue opportunities, and make recommendations based on the analysis.
Assess situations, draw conclusions, and recommend or implement a course of action. Make strategic decisions with strong interpersonal skills, facilitation capabilities and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Required Qualifications.
Bachelor's degree required.
Ability to think strategically and creatively and be able to successfully implement a strategy.
Experience in working on large projects in a complex, loose matrix organization.
Proven success in implementing innovative, multi-faceted marketing campaigns.
Content creation experience that supports the lead generation efforts.
