Salary £21,451.
Full-Time Monday to Friday 8 am – 5 pm (42.5 hours per week, plus 4 hours one Saturday a month).
Saturday – One Saturday per month – 8 am till 12noon.

We are looking for an administration/sales assistant to join our family-run company, we specialise in the manufacturer and distributor of staircase products.
The successful candidate must be highly motivated with excellent communication and customer service skills. Have the ability to work flexibly and independently and maintain the quality during busy periods, which means good organizational skills are a must. The main function of the role will be to serve customers and process their orders.
Responsibilities include:
Greet and attend to customers in the showroom. Assist both trade and general public customers over the phone and in the showroom with placing orders. Process orders placed on all sales platforms, which includes producing invoices and picking sheets for the warehouse. Amend existing orders already placed by customers. Work out quotes for customers using measurement and product knowledge. Being the first point of contact for all telephone inquiries. Reply to customer’s inquiries via email and the messaging system on the different sales platforms. Liaise with couriers regarding the delivery of orders to customers. Maintain strong working knowledge of company products and services, and offers technical support and information to team members, customers and stakeholders. General office & clerical duties as and when required.
