Fully furnished room in a modern top floor apartment in Glasgow Westend. In-room TV & Chromecast, highspeed broadband wifi, separate fridges within a shared kitchen, central heating, free laundry and dryer access and free parking. 
The apartment is located on Greatwestern road, 10 minutes by bus (3.3 miles) from the University of Glasgow. Excellent transport links with a bus stop right outside the building and a train station nearby. The ideal tenant would be a mature, full-time post-graduate student who needs a quiet place to rest and work in.

- I (the flatmate) am a UK licensed Health Professional and already had my first COVID vaccine dose. However, hygiene is incredibly important to me regardless of the pandemic hence will only consider exceptionally clean flatmate willing to agree on strict infection prevention measures.
