Job Title: Room Attendant.

Contract: Crown Plaza (Permanent).

Hourly Pay Rate: £9.25 per hour (All Age Groups).

Working Hours: Weekly Rotating Shift Rota - 09:00 - 16:00.

Location: Stratford Upon Avon.

We are currently recruiting for a Room Attendant to join our passionate and driven team in Crown Plaza Stratford Upon Avon on a Permanent basis!

Room attendant responsibilities include changing towels, making beds and cleaning bathrooms. You will also address clients’ queries and make sure our rooms are fully stocked, clean and inviting at all times.

If you have experience or If you’re interested in kickstarting your career in the hotel industry, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests during their stay with us.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

To Deliver outstanding levels of cleanliness and guest comfort in the Guest Room environment.
Clean and prepare guest rooms or other areas as given to you in line with company standards.
Deal with any guest enquiries in a positive manner and in line with defined standards.
Be proactive in ensuring all guests are acknowledged in a timely and appropriate manner.
Respect the privacy of others and maintain behaviours in line with the company’s security, operating process and environmental policies.
To follow Hotel Health & Safety guidelines.

About You:

Work experience as a Room Attendant or Maid preferred
Can-do attitude.
Physically fit and able to carry out the duties described.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work in shifts
Excellent organization skills
Ability to follow instructions
