Retail Pension Assistant Manager - Leading Investment Company

Due to continued growth in their retail pensions division my client, a leading Investment Company, currently seeks an Assistant Manager to join their SIPP team. Duties will include:

* Leading the transfers / re-reg operations functions for SIPP and ISA/GIA products

* Provide technical product support for both UK and overseas teams

* Identifying risks as well as gaps in the team's knowledge and address accordingly

* Collate information for regulatory reporting

* Leading by example, training, mentoring and coaching colleagues

* Attending industry meetings such as STAR and TEX

* Provide a quality control function for the team

* Provide input into how controls, processes and procedures can be improved

Applicants must possess a good, technical knowledge of SIPP / ISA products along with their associated regulations. You will be experienced in working in a customer focussed environment with the ability to build strong relationships and credibility at all levels. You will be able to lead by example and coach those who may be less experienced than you.
