Are you a smaller business? Do you need Recruitment, HR or Admin support but only on an Adhoc basis?

I am level 3 CIPD qualified and have worked within HR & Recruitment roles for nearly 13 years. Most recently I worked for a recruitment agency and managed the Commercial Desk for 5 years (roles I recruited for included Admin, HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales etc). I have now started my own business and am looking to partner with local businesses.

The services I can offer:

- Managing your recruitment process: advertising, screening, interviewing and guiding you through the offer and onboarding stage.
- Supporting with HR Admin - writing contracts, letters, helping set up systems, general HR advice.
- Admin support - filling, typing, virtual receptionist, PA support (anything your business needs).
