The Varsity Hotel & Spa (Thompson`s Lane, Cambridge, CB5 8AQ) is currently looking for a full-time hotel receptionist.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as a hotel receptionist.
- Knowledge of standard hotel procedures (Check-in, Check-out, Reservations).
- Knowledge of hotel software OPERA PMS is a plus however training in the house offered, Microsoft Word and Excel- Good level of local knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Professional appearance.
- Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
The successful candidate will be working 5 days a week on a shift basis.
