Property Legal Assistant

This role is on HOLD but we still invite a conversation with candidates in advance of it becoming live in the future.

Our Client are a forward-thinking firm seeking an enthusiastic legal assistant to provide legal support and administration within their property team. Please note to be considered for this role you must have proven experience within Law.

The role will include:

* Supporting fee earners by drafting standard documentation and correspondence; liaising with clients/third parties; completing search forms and online applications with relevant agencies, including post-completion matters.

* Property post-completion matters; SDLT returns, land registry applications, etc.

* Data input, data extraction, photocopying, faxing, filing and word processing/typing duties.

* Dealing with queries, both face to face and via the telephone.

You must be client-focused, well organised, able to cope well under pressure and with excellent drafting skills. In return, you will work for a firm with a vibrant and hardworking ethos, along with the benefit of its own parking.
