We make homewares and lifestyle products for our 2 in house brands (Blue Badge Co and Green&Heath), alongside providing bespoke manufacturing services for other designers and businesses. We are a vertically integrated company with in-house manufacturing, fulfilment, warehousing and a sales and marketing team. Our direct to customer channels include Shopify, Etsy, NOTHS and Amazon. We supply retailers such as Boots, Argos, Lloyds Pharmacies and have a fast-growing Export department with distributors in the USA and across Europe.

The Role
We are looking for an organized, hardworking, trustworthy, and diligent person to join our fast-paced entrepreneurial business.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting the day-to-day manufacturing of our products within our small workroom on a production line
Upholding our high standard of quality, checking components and stock for any issues. This will include gluing, filling, and joining the products
You will be required to pack goods and during busier times, you might be needed to assist in dispatching orders to customers
You must pay attention to stock levels of components and communicate any requirements to your colleagues to ensure there is a smooth flow of work without any disruptions
Overseeing production levels, using Excel and cloud-based order management systems.

You must be reliable and someone that we can trust to show up with enthusiasm each day and support other staff members, especially during busy periods
Previous product assembly experience would be an advantage but not essential

Practical and skilled with hands
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Be caring and considerate to other employees
IT skills desirable, especially Microsoft Excel and cloud-based order management systems
