I have financial and PA experience working across various Investment Bank roles for over 12 years. Cash reconciliations, Statement, Ledger, Invoicing. I currently support a diverse portfolio of clients with social media marketing, online event management and other general administration tasks. 

Current daily job description.

Social media and email (Hootsuite etc)

Complete management of facebook/linkedin/Instagram/twitter/youtube pages

Leadpage creation

Design of promotional materials, newsletters, graphics etc

Online and in-person event and bookings management

The company focussed research, generating company exposure

Administration including invoice issuing and payment tracking

Email Management, Website Management, Webinar scheduling

Ad-hoc tasks, which require quick resolution and initiative

References etc can be provided on request. Rates of pay are competitive and negotiable depending on the work that needs to be supported.
