I've tried to list all the services that I provide, but feel free to contact me even if you don't see it on the list what you need help with. Make sure you check the General Services section as well, as they cover most type of devices, not just laptops and desktops.
CALL-OUT service available for no extra charge anywhere in Dorset. Physical damage repair service only available for collection or drop-off to my home office. Collection and drop-off to my home office is also welcome for any service.

Who would not want to have the best PC for the best possible price available, which would completely fit the purpose and budget? Need a laptop for a small business or just for home use? Maybe you'd like to surprise your relatives, friends with a gaming laptop, gaming PC or a regular PC and not sure which one to pick? I would be happy to advise to choose and build, based on my 20 years of experience and passion for IT.

-“Clean Slate Laptop!” Most popular: Usually this service involves upgrading to an SSD (solid-state drive) to drastically speed up your system, after that: Complete re-install of Windows (any version of your choosing, don't have to go for Windows 10 if you don't like it) after your data has been backed up first. Then finally, completely personalising it: loading your data back on, installing and configuring all the required programs you need, then set up the printers etc if needed. Call for more information about this instead of dumping your old laptop, you will be surprised!

I have plenty of experience myself of playing games and building gaming PCs to suit my sophisticated needs, therefore I can guarantee that I will build the best performance-value based machine that is possible for you. All I need to know is what your favourite games are and you can leave the rest to me! I would be able to tell you the cost of the system on the same day, then build and set up once the parts arrive (usually a couple of days). This also applies to game laptops.
