Pastry Chef

Our client a prestigious private members club in Surrey and exclusive multi outlet resort are currently looking to recruit a talented pastry chef de partie to join a talented team keen to develop and nuture talent internally.

You will be using the best locally sourced and home grown produce on site, therefore the client will be looking for a quality fresh food background within your experience to date..

You will take pride in your area with outstanding attention to detail.Your previous experience will encompass working in a 5* hotel or fine dining restaurant as a CDP or senior CDP.

Your qualifications will include Food Safety certificate, City & Guilds or equivalent Memberships of Chefs' Association. Current knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation, food & hygiene regulations and COSHH & HACCP is essential, along with proven experience in a similar role.
