Description

Part-Time Recruitment Administrator.

Hourly rate circa £12ph dependent on skills & experience.

home based – preferably North Leeds.

Minimum hours 15pw – Monday to Friday - with flexibility + holiday cover.

Our client specialises in Recruitment Advertising and has been at the forefront of a recruitment revolution for over 12 years helping organisations to find the very best candidates for their vacancies through utilising the power of the internet and online job boards.

The directors take a ‘hands-on approach to run the business and due to continued growth now need to find an experienced, self-motivated individual to share some of the days to day workload.

You will need to be experienced in working on your own, managing your workload and time management. Ideally, you will be required to work a minimum of 3 hours each day during working hours. There will be opportunities on an ad hoc basis to increase the hours so some flexibility is required.

The role is home-based and you will be provided with a laptop and office equipment.

Key responsibilities but not limited to:-

Speaking to clients / taking instructions for job adverts dating job specifications submitted by clients into a format suitable for online advert placing adverts onto online job boards monitoring job applications, acknowledging applicants and forwarding candidates to clients appraisal of job applicants to assess their viability for specific rolesProducing statistics at the end of each advertising campaign working directly with and assisting the directors in the general running of the business chasing/issuing outstanding invoice general other ad hoc duties as required
Essential Experience

Proficient in all Microsoft applications including Word and ExcelPrevious experience within a senior administrator position essential previous recruitment/HR experience is a distinct advantageAble to prioritise own workload and be highly organised and self-motivated good communication skills used to working on your own and be self-motivated manager time efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of the business
